Rescheduling and Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your call with the link in your confirmation email. If you miss a call without letting me know, it counts as delivered.
Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from booking to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Email info@moving2mallorca.com to do so. If your call takes place within those 14 days, you ask me to start the service early and you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. If you withdraw after the service has started, you pay a proportionate share.
What the Service Is and Is Not
My services are practical guidance based on my own experience of moving to Mallorca and the experience of my clients. They are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and I do not file paperwork for you. When you need a gestor, lawyer, tax advisor or insurance broker, I introduce you to people I trust. Any contract with them is directly between you and them.
Liability
I prepare every plan carefully, but decisions about your move are yours. To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the price you paid for the service.
Complaints and Applicable Law
If something is not right, email me first and I will do my best to fix it. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers can also bring claims in the courts of their place of residence.
