Who Is Responsible for Your Data

The controller of your personal data is R Collective S.L., CIF [CIF], [registered address], Spain. You can reach me at info@moving2mallorca.com for anything related to your data.

What I Collect and Why

Free checklist and newsletter. Your email address, and your first name if you give it, so I can send you the checklist and my monthly letter. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Contact form. Your name, email address, topic and message, so I can answer you. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in replying to your request, or steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Calls, the Move Map and other services. Your name, email address, the answers you share before and during our calls, and billing details, so I can provide the service and issue invoices. Legal basis: the contract with you and my legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Community waitlist. Your email address, so I can tell you when the community opens. Legal basis: your consent.

Website operation and security. Technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to run the website, keep it secure and filter spam. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a safe, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who Helps Me Process Your Data

I work with a few trusted service providers who process data on my behalf: WordPress.com and Jetpack by Automattic (website hosting, forms, statistics and spam protection), MailerLite (email newsletter and checklist delivery), Calendly (booking calls) and the payment provider shown when you pay. Some of these providers are based outside the EU, for example in the United States. In those cases your data is protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

I never sell your data.

How Long I Keep It

Newsletter and waitlist data: until you unsubscribe. Contact messages: as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no longer than two years. Client and invoice data: as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email info@moving2mallorca.com.

If you think your data is not being handled correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Changes

I may update this policy when my services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
